Product Description

The BORLA® Cat-Back systems for the Ford Bronco Raptor R / Bronco Raptor 3.0L V6 Twin Turbo (2022–2025) deliver aggressive tone, off-road capability, and robust construction. These systems are built with 2.75″ stainless steel tubing, incorporate Active Exhaust Valves, and include internal H-pipes in the muffler design to preserve flow and sound quality.

The ATAK® variants provide a commanding exhaust note while maintaining no-drone behavior in the cabin. Tip finish options include bright polished or black-coated 4″ tips. The system is designed for high-clearance “Climber” routing to improve off-road ground clearance. Installation is bolt-on, reusing factory mounting points.
